Please ensure you include the following details with your query to help us identify your membership account and fully understand your query, allowing us to assist you in the best way possible:
1. Full name
2. Email address you registered with
3. Subject of your query (e.g., Survey issue, password, technical issue, prizes, referral, etc.)
4. Include any screenshots, error logs, images, the URL of the page you are having a problem with, or other files to assist us in solving your issue.
